Media accreditation applications OPEN for round four of the BMXA National Series

Applications for media accreditation have opened for round four of both the Chambikx/Probikx UCI and BMX Australia Grands Assault National Series, which will be held at Cairns BMX Club this weekend.

Saturday April 1 will see the Chambikx/Probikx UCI series take place, with racing commencing at 3:30pm, while the Grands Assault will commence at 9.45am on Sunday April 2.

The opening day of racing will also mark the final round of the Chambikx/Probikx UCI series. Meanwhile it will be the penultimate round of the Grands Assault National series, which will conclude in four weeks time at the 2017 National Championships.

News media aside there are three (3) positions available for those eager to attain media accreditation. Preference will be given to interested photographers.

Media accreditation will allow track access for the duration of Saturday’s and Sunday’s events. Once approved, the following guide needs to be adhered to

  • Accredited media must check in and out of the track each day with the BMX Australia media manager.
  • Media accreditation and vest must be worn at all times.
  • Photographers must follow directions from all officials when within the track precinct.

Unless accredited, there will be no permission for anyone to be within the track precinct. Any person without accreditation will be asked to move back behind spectator fencing.

All applications must be sent to Andrew Musgrove via email: andrew@sportscomm.com.au
