Promising Australian junior BMX rider and current 16-years Aussie champ Molly McGill has been successful in qualifying as one of the finalists for the Colonial First State Sports Boost.

Sports Boost is a junior sponsorship initiative that aims to support junior elite Australian athletes as they endeavour to reach their full potential in their respective sports. This year’s competition winner will walk away with $20,000 in prize money to invest in their future development.

For those that don’t know McGill, she rides for Ashmore BMX Club in Queensland and is currently ranked World #2 for the 15-years-girl’s class. No doubt she has #W1 in her sights at this year’s UCI BMX World Championships in Rock Hill, USA.

A member of the BMXA Development Academy, there is little doubting the talent McGill possess. Her impressive resume already includes seven state titles, six national titles and four world plates.

Your vote could make the difference to helping McGill achieve her dreams, AND all voters go in the draw to win 1 of 10 Fitbit Surge Fitness Watches.
