Expressions of interest have opened for level two and three BMX officials who are able to assist with the 2017 BMX Australia National Championships at the Sleeman Sports Complex, Brisbane.

The nationals will be held from Monday April 24 through to Saturday April 29. Sunday April 30 has been set aside as a reserve day, should weather or other incidents occur during the championships.

BMX Australia is seeking volunteers for staging, scoring, team management, berms and starting.

While all help is appreciated, it is also important that those who volunteer as officials are able to have time off in order to support their own children or club members competing at the event. Therefore the best efforts are being made to ensure that there are enough officials to make this possible.

Whether available for a day, a handful of days or the entire week, all help is appreciated.

For those level two and three officials that wish to assist, please download the application form below. The form also outlines the finer details of what will be provided and includes a schedule that allows applicants to indicate their availability.

Please note that applications must be submitted by 4pm Wednesday March 22, 2017.
