The countdown is on to the 2020 Sportscover Clubbies Awards and it is another chance for Australia’s BMX community to nominate their known heroes.

Clubbies is recognised as the largest awards program of its type in Australia, celebrating dedication to community sport.

Since its launch in 2015, the awards have:

  • Attracted thousands of entries across more than 80 sporting codes;
  • Rewarded more than 30 grassroots clubs and volunteer heroes across every state and mainland territory; and
  • Presented prizes valued in excess of $55,000 to the weekend warriors who pour their blood, sweat and time into their local club.

It all adds up to increased media exposure, more sponsorship opportunities, raised community profile, a lift in volunteer numbers and a huge bump in morale for community clubs.

Co-presented by the Confederation of Australian Sport (CAS) – dedicated to supporting Australia’s 90-plus national sporting organisations – and partnered by Sportscover, Clubbies welcomes back all its favourite categories:

  • Best Club
  • Best Coach
