Injuries at your Club/Track must be recorded when an injury occurs and requires treatment/assistance.  ONLY FORMS with injuries recording Concussions, Broken Bones, Fractures and Ambulances must be emailed to BMX Australia within two (2) business days to – Click Here to Download.

Club Transfer Form (No Longer in Use – as of November 2018)

Transfers are now done online and can be processed as per below:

1. To transfer clubs, please login into your BMX Australia account – CLICK HERE
2. Go to “My Membership”, and click on the button “Transfer”.
3. You will then need to select your “State”, “Zone” (Queensland only) and your “Club”.
4. An email will then be sent to your current club and to yourself as a record of the transfer.
5. The current club will either approve or decline the transfer and their response will be sent to you.
6. Once your transfer has been accepted, an email will be sent to your email address.

UCI Licence – International Licence Form

An International Licence is an identity document and is required to participate in a cycling event organised or supervised by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the UCI continental confederations, the UCI member federations and their affiliates.
