The Cove BMX Club has teamed up with the Mv2 Racing Team to host the second instalment of their annual ‘MV2 – Let the Good Times Roll’ race meet this Saturday December 8.

Riders from as young as 2-years of age to 30+ will be hitting the track in Hallet Cove, Adelaide to throw everything they have into the track before the year comes to a close.

In 2017, the event brought together some of Australia’s toughest competitors including Shane Rosa, Matt Krasevskis, Tom Siinmaa and many more. This year, spectators will be gifted with the opportunity to watch one of Australia’s highest ranked UCI rider, Anthony Dean and number of other stars from around the country.

Finishing eighth in the 2018 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup, Dean will be coming in hot after picking up the bronze in the final round in Argentina and a second place in the final of the USA BMX Grands – The #GreatestRaceonEarth.

The event is the perfect opportunity for multiple reasons and Trevor Wigg, former chair of the Cove BMX Club and now on the board of BMXSA, tells you why.

“MV2 has been a long-time sponsor of the club and this race meet was such a success last year, we just had to do it again,” Wigg said.

“We have a couple of high-level riders attending including Anthony which will be a great thing for the spectators.

“The event is also a perfect opportunity for riders to get some experience under their belt before the fifth stage of the 2019 BMXA BAD BOY National Series goes down on August 24,” Wigg finished.

PLUS – how good does the track look?
