BMX riders, spectators, friends and family members are spread far and wide all over the world, the ability to communicate across date lines and time zones has been faster and more instant. Make sure that what you say, and type, is always the good stuff… we are family after all.

Everyone is entitled to have their say, whether you are trackside, in the staging area or behind your computer. We love celebrating riders, officials and dedicated members working hard to help their club or state.

Social media is an ever-present part of our lives, it is a big part of our day every day. But sometimes we all forget that what we say and do online can have a far greater effect than what we intend it to.

As always we encourage everyone to act and commentate online in a positive manner towards each other, and remind ourselves not to be the cause of another person’s negative experience online.

What we type should be done so in a respectful and mindful manner.

Insults, threats and abuse (among other negative actions) towards riders, coaches, officials and organisations have no place in the BMX community.
