Re-Accreditation for State Officials

Your State Official’s accreditation is valid for four years.

State Official’s whose re-accreditation falls due in the upcoming year will be assessed by BMXA in conjunction with their State Association to determine if they have met their four-year officiating requirements.

You will receive an Invitation to Re-Accredit or an advice that you have not met re-accreditation criteria.


To be eligible to re-accredit as a State Official you are required to have:

  • Officiated at a minimum of 2 category (R) or above events each year of your 4-year period
  • Officiated at a minimum of 2 category (ST) or above events over the 4-year period

You are also required to have:

Re-accrediting State Officials who have completed their SportAUS Community Officials Course and State Officials who wish to progress to National level officiating, are also encouraged to complete one of the courses below:

Completion of additional education modules are an important part of demonstrating your interest in on-going development as an official.

WWCC renewals or first time WWCC should be uploaded via the BMXA App or by logging into your My BMX members profile.

Certificates should be sent to  officials@bmxaustralia.com.au for inclusion on your Official’s records.
