Imagine hurling down the start hill at the Rock Hill BMX track in South Carolina, on a track that is one of the few Olympic standard tracks in the USA, modelled on the 2008 Beijing Olympic track. There’ll even be a few thousand people to cheer you on.
Your chance to do that is NOW.
BMX Australia is taking a final call for riders who wish to represent our nation at the 2017 UCI BMX World Championships. In doing so you will join more than 350 Australian’s who have already booked their tickets to this momentous event.
In total there are 663 positions available on the Australian team, with the Aussie contingent set to join in excess of 3,300 riders from 40 countries, for what will undoubtedly be one of the largest BMX events in recent history.

Applications to ride will be approved as fast as possible. The cut off date for those riders wishing to submit their name will be WEDNESDAY JUNE 14 at 5pm AEST.
The number of riders already entered in any given class will be the main determinant of the success of an expression if interest.
Riders in elite classes need not apply. Announcement of those selected onto the world championships team in junior and elite men and women will occur on Monday May 29.
