The longstanding rivalry between Australia and New Zealand continues as a bunch of new Aussie riders get ready to take the plunge.

During the first stage of the 2019 BMXA BAD BOY National Series, BMXNSW were pleased to announce the next batch of Aussie riders who will be taking on their New Zealand counterparts in the Trans-Tasman Test.

Broken up into two legs, the two countries will compete on either side of the Tasman Sea to decide who will be crowned the winner.

The following riders made the most of their racing on the weekend and earned themselves a ticket to the first leg, which will be held at the Maitland Tenambit BMX Club in June as part of the BMXNSW Pre-State Titles.

Qualifiers for the second leg in New Zealand will be held at the BMXSW Pre-State Titles event. Those successful riders will then compete in New Zealand as part of the North Island Titles held in October.
